Please follow the instructions for preparation of a camera ready Extended Abstract (to be inserted into an Abstract Booklet) and a camera ready Paper (for the Conference Proceedings).

When you have completed your work, please submit by e-mail (andrea.carpinteri@unipr.it)
(a) Your Extended Abstract(s) in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat 7.0).
(b) Your Paper(s) in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat 7.0).

Please remember that such PDF files must be sent by 15th February, 2010.

IMPORTANT: note that the total size of such two PDF files (Extended Abstract + Paper) has to be lower than 3 Mb. If the size of Extended Abstract + Paper is higher than 3 Mb (and lower than 10 Mb), please send a CD to Professor Andrea Carpinteri by mail within 15th February, 2010.

Note that inclusion of your paper in the ICMFF9 Proceedings is conditional upon the following:
(1) Your compliance with the deadline (15th February, 2010).
(2) A satisfactory review (your paper must be scientifically acceptable, consistent with some of the Conference topics, and comply with the Author Instructions).
(3) Receipt of the Conference fee (before 1st April, 2010) for at least one Author of each paper (information on registration, accommodation, etc. will be available as soon as possible). For the Authors of two (or more than two) accepted papers: You will be permitted to present only one paper at the Conference if only one Conference fee will be paid, but all your accepted papers will be included in the ICMFF9 Proceedings.
(4) At least one Author of your paper must attend the Conference in order to present your paper. If no Author of your accepted paper will attend the Conference, your paper will not be included in the ICMFF9 Proceedings.
