First of all, you need a Personal Identification Number (PIN)
and a Password to carry out your on-line registration. Please click the link below and fill in the form to get your PIN and Password:
PIN and Password request
Once you receive your PIN and Password by e-mail from secretariat@sistemacongressi.com, please
follow the instructions you find in such an e-mail or click the button “Registration and hotel booking service” below. A LOG IN page will appear where you will enter your PIN and Password.
Then you will have:
(a) To confirm a summary of your personal data;
(b) To choose your registration fee;
(c) To possibly request the hotel booking service.
Upon completing the on-line registration form, a second e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address from secretariat@sistemacongressi.com with the summary
of the selected options and the total amount to be paid.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT ON-LINE REGISTRATION AND POSSIBLE REQUEST OF HOTEL BOOKING SERVICE (see the PDF file
INFORMATION) FOR YOU AND YOUR ACCOMPANYING PERSON(S)
SHALL BE SUBMITTED AT THE SAME TIME, AS YOUR PIN CAN BE USED ONLY ONCE.
In other words, after you complete your on-line registration for you and your accompanying person(s), it will not be
possible to access to the on-line registration form again. Note that changes can only be made by requesting them to secretariat@sistemacongressi.com
